AfterhavingarangedPericle’sfirstanthologicalexhibitioninFondazioneQueriniStampalia(Venice)lastspring,theCantonofTicinoisnow abouttoopentwomoreshows tobringtolighttheadventurouslifeofthisartistwhowasfondofnature,astronomyandastrology.Thefirstshow wilbeheldinthecontextofWopartArtFairinLugano onthe19th ofSeptember.
Aselectedseriesofartworksonpaper(aboutthirtyIndianinkdrawings)wilbeputondisplayinordertofocusonPericle’sintensegraphicproduction.Thesecondevent wilbeopeningattheMASIinLuganoinfulAutumnandwilbecuratedbythedirectorofLAC,TobiaBezola.«HisIndianinkdrawings-intunewiththepaintings-reflect hispersonalform ofdeepenedself-expresionwhichreliesonfreehandgestures,linesanddrawing.
