Directors and above will occupy the collaboration room. However, in the event that the room is vacant (due to PTO or work travels), the collaboration room is to be made available for the respective team's meetings/discussions.
Those occupying these rooms are encouraged to practice clean-desk policy and lock away private and confidential items as the rooms are to be made accessible to the team members.
