   “Not only are students most likely going to be forced to navigate through narrow and tight hall- ways, but there’s also the problem with closed ven- tilation in many of the buildings. Take the 500 building for example: few, if not one, of the class- rooms have any windows, so there’s no fresh air being pumped in and all the potentially covid-con- taminated air in the building is just sitting there.”
