Bull Fertility Evaluation - All Bulls Qualified
1 Libido - bulls must demonstrate the ability to mount an
in-season cow.
2 Penal Soundness - each bull’s extended penis is examined during mounting.
3 Scrotal palpation - each sire’s testicles are palpated in order to detect any abnormalities.
4 Scrotal circumference - each sire’s scrotal circumference is measured and recorded.
All bulls in this catalogue have been tested by Eastland Vets and meet our standards. The aim of this test is to give buyers of sires complete confidence.

CONDITIONS OF SALE
The sale will be conducted under the conditions and usual terms of the Gisborne Stock and Station Agents Association.
FERTILITY: The fertility of a bull in this catalogue constitutes a guarantee by the vendor that the purchase price, without interest expenses, costs or damages, shall be refunded if a bull proves in fertile. Any dispute shall be settled by an arbitrator appointed by the auctioneers. Any complaint must be lodged with the auctioneers in writing within six months of the date of sale. A veterinary surgeon’s certificate shall be produced by the purchaser when required.
Transfers will be available on stud bulls.
Every lot will be at the risk of the purchaser from the fall of the hammer.
The Agents can provide transit and period insurance if required.
Buyers are requested to leave the full address and specific delivery instructions with the booking clerk before leaving the sale.
