          Current Responsibilities
          Byron Edgmon is one of the Market Leaders for JLL’s Project and Development Services
          (PDS) in Dallas/Fort Worth. In this capacity, he is responsible for all project and
          development management services delivery and managing several key relationships
          for JLL including Nokia, Advance Auto, Yum Brands!, JC Penney and Fedex Office. In
          addition to the Dallas office, Byron leads JLL's multi-site project management practice,
          engaging with prospective clients on transformation and growth objectives across their   Select Client Experience
          portfolios and store networks.

          Prior to JLL, Byron was the Director of Project Management for Grubb & Ellis and a   180,000 sf
          Design and Construction consultant with the Staubach Company. During his tenure
          with these firms, Byron oversaw the development of corporate facilities, orchestrated   EDS/HP
          the relocation and restack for several corporate facilities, and managed the design   NMCI Program
          and construction of projects for MCI Telecommunications, Atmos Energy, Greyhound   7,500+ Locations
          Bus Lines, and Bank One.                                                  Nokia

          Byron holds a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Texas Tech University and an   Americas Region
          MBA and master’s degree in International Management from the University of Texas
          at Dallas.  Over his career, Byron has served as a speaker/lecturer for CLE International   FedEx Office
          (Advanced Commercial Lease Conference), and a member of Tau Sigma Delta Honor   Multi-Site
