Current Responsibilities
As Program Controller/Project Manager on the Nokia account, Matt Kinter is responsible for
capital project delivery. His responsibilities include capital project budget development,
cost control, PO development, RFP process for trade selection, SOX compliance, and all PM
reporting on projects across the US and Canada. Matt Kinter has 20 years of experience and
expertise with large corporate relocations, FF&E, general construction, and lab-server room
creation, installation, and reconfigurations. Including extensive experience with lab/server Select Client Experience
room mechanical infrastructure, and redundancy.
Nokia & Commerce Cambridge
Experience Relocation and complete interior
Matt Kinter has extensive experience with Nokia and Nokia Networks. He was a member of the Remodel
project team involved with the ground up build of 6000 Connection Drive (NSN B4) and creation 40,000 sf
of its existing labs in 1996-1997. He project managed the creation of the 1st floor West labs
from office space into networks lab and server room space in 2005 & 2006. In 2007 Matt Kinter
managed the split of Nokia and NSN into two separate operating divisions. Burlington R&D Lab Upgrades/
Consolidation
02/2013 – Nokia Location & Commerce Cambridge Relocation –Complete interior remodel and relocation. 7,000 sf
01/2013 – Burlington R&D Lab Upgrades / Consolidation – Consolidation of all Nokia Burlington R&D labs Miami Relocation
into a new 7K square foot newly built lab space on the 3rd floor. Project included all new MEP infrastructure Relocation and Interior remodel
including HVAC, Buss, Generator, and Panduit Wyr Grid system. 5,000 sf
01/2012 – Miami Relocation – 5K square foot new lease space. Complete interior remodel and relocation.
Sunnyvale Headquarters
08/2012 – Dallas Data Center MEP Upgrades project – Installation of secondary redundant 500Kw UPS. Interior Finish Out & Consolidation
Included addition of L&C Network 60 racks of equipment with all power distribution, HVAC, and redundancy. 135,000 sf
01/2011 – Sunnyvale HQ / Consolidation of all Bay area sites. – 135K square foot cold shell interior finish Irving B2 UPS
out and consolidation of 3 Bay area sites to the new Silicon Valley Headquarters. Corporate Interiors Build Out
Grand Prairie, TX
09/2009 – Irving B2 UPS replacement and MEP upgrades - Replacement of existing UPS with a complete
2N+1 Mitsubishi UPS system with 1 hour of battery back-up. Included build out of a new UPS battery room 15,600 sf
on the first floor. Server room stayed functional with no shutdowns. Project also included adding a roll-up
provision for generator. Wendy's
Re-image and New Builds
03/2009 – Irving B2 Deli – Build out of lobby space into a deli / cafeteria area. Southern U.S.
08/2008 – 6021 Connection Dr. 216K square feet complete interior remodel. Consolidation of employees 25 Stores
from building 1 into building 2. Complete interior remodel while occupied.

2000 – (RCDD Certification) Registered Communications Distribution Designer and Certifications
for structured cabling solutions TIA & ISO standards.
Currently working toward LEED and PMP Certification
