Joe is a Vice President and an HSE Lead with JLL, his 38 years of Project Management
experience with Design Build projects and project & construction management services
has given him extensive knowledge in directing and developing strategic planning
scenarios for scheduling and occupancy. Mr. O’Con uses his in-depth knowledge
of infrastructure and distribution of electrical, mechanical, fire protection systems
including factory mutual building standards, to carry out his responsibilities in Mexico Select Client Experience
and the US. He has also been able to save client’s money with the bidding process, Houston Community College
value engineering and change order review process. Joe latest project was the $480M 2013 GO Bond Program
Houston Community College Bond Program where JLL managed 6 of the 14 new Houston, TX

Mr. O’Con’s most recent projects have been “build-to-suit” development projects for Houston, TX
manufacturing facilities, distribution warehouses with rail and call centers in the US 561K sf
and Mexico. At Capital One he was responsible for the development of a new 50-acre
regional campus facility in Las Colinas, Texas. Responsibilities included site selection, Convergys
site due diligence work, master planning, design & engineering and contractor bid BTS (Call Center)

Corporation, which totaled 630,740-Sq.Ft. Most notable is a 90,000-Sq.Ft. 2X hardened BTS Sub-Assembly Plant
