FLIPPING™ ARCH

Installation

Arch Assembly

1. Locate the Head Assembly and the 2 Leg Assemblies. See the image below.
 Place them with the entrance side of the arch on the ground in the approximate
assembled locations.

Note: The Cylinder Assembly will face straight up in the air.

Of Travel You will be facing the EXIT side of the Arch

 Install the Cylinder Retraction Bumper onto the Cylinder if required. See the images
below.

Note: Without the Cylinder Retraction Bumper the spray pattern will have the full 60° of motion.
Note: With the Cylinder Retraction Bumper the spray pattern will rotate from center to 30°
toward the Exit of the tunnel. The spray pattern will NOT rotate from center to 30° toward
the ENTRANCE anymore.
 Remove the Cylinder Bearing and Jam Nut from the Cylinder.
 Place the Cylinder Retraction Bumper on the shaft and reinstall the Cylinder Bearing and
Jam Nut.
