Nozzle Kits

Installing Check Bodies and Nozzles
3. Install the 12 supplied Nozzle Assemblies. See the image below.

Note: Lubricate the Nozzle threads with a Liquid-Teflon™ for easier installation and
maintenance.

Apply Liquid Teflon™ to the
Threads at Installation

 Rotate each Nozzle so it is installed at a 5° angle to the centerline of the manifold. See
the image below.

Note: See Available Nozzle Choices in the Introduction section for nozzle types needed for the
application that you purchased. You may need more than one type of nozzle.

4. Electrically connect any optional equipment to the car wash controller unit (if applicable).
