PLATINUM: Very high level of achievement - currently exceeding flight-path for Challenge Grades
GOLD: Consistently producing work of a good standard in relation to Challenge Grades
GREEN: Sound level of attainment - on track to achieve Challenge Grades by end of course
AMBER: Attainment level slightly off track for achieving Challenge Grades
RED: Significant concerns with respect to achieving the Challenge Grades due to subject related issues and/or effort

The Challenge Grade is a measure of potential. It is what we think a child can achieve if they work hard. Challenge Grades are not predicted grades, rather they should be taken as ambitious but realistic grades.
