Seaford College offers

& Design; Textiles; Graphical
Communication, Three
Dimensional Studies and
Photography. The classrooms
surround a large gallery where
student work is exhibited
alongside Design & Technology
student projects.
The Sixth Form mount a
wonderfully diverse range of
Artwork for their end of year
exhibition and students achieve
strong academic results.

I was attracted to the Art scholarship at Seaford as I really enjoy Art and I
knew it was something I wanted to continue working on and improving.
Being a scholar has obvious financial benefits as well as help with
supplies and things like that which is really important. More importantly,
though, it has been a huge help in my academic work, allowing me to
excel in my two GCSE Art subjects and giving me the confidence and
skills to improve my work dramatically.
The support from all the teachers in the Art block has been great and had
helped me to broaden my experiences in different areas such as Design
Technology and 3D Design. I hope that I can always carry on with some
aspect of my Art; it is one of things that I enjoy most about school.
If you enjoy Art and love working on lots of different projects, a scholarship
is definitely worth going for as it gives you lots of skills and a great
portfolio to carry on with in the future.
