Mock Results and Tracking
There will be Year 11 Parent Consultation Evenings run over two evenings for Year 11. This has been provisionally scheduled for Friday 1st February (Surnames A-L) and Tues- day 5th February (Surnames M-Z). This will give you more opportunity with subject teach- ers and your parents to discuss the results of the mock exams, when progress can be re- viewed and we can identify plans and strategies for the rest of the year.
Examination results will be published on the Firefly Parent Portal and with tutors in ad- vance of the Parents’ Evenings.
There is another Pupil Consultation Evening (by invitation only) scheduled for the second half of the Spring term, when subject teachers may request to see any Year 11 pupils they have significant concerns about.
It is important to note that coursework is still applicable in some subjects. It is essential that deadlines are met and that you are organised and on top of your coursework, as stu- dents every year learn the hard way when they fall behind.
As we move through the Spring term, students should be increasing the time they spend on revision each evening.
