For exceptional low-glare and even illumination, SLV uses a special  ve layer proprietary lens system. The layering system is composed of an edge-lit polycarbonate dimpled plate surrounded by a ultra high e ciency re ector and a patterned glare control di user. The innovative combination has created an exceptional low-glare product which provides excellent e ciencies and very pleasant illumination from any viewing angle. Flatz is leading the industry e ciencies up to 90 lumens per Watt with a 90 CRI standard on each product.
Extreme Glare Control Di user for 65° Cuto 
The engineered di user puts the light where you want it! Designed to reduce or eliminate high angle glare the di user provides 90% of the  xture lumens in the 0-60° zone. Dramatically reducing high angle glare creating extreme visual comfort for all of the FLATZ luminaires.
Mixing Film
The mixing  lm blends the illumination system to create a smooth beam pattern of illumination that is extremely comfortable to the eye.
Frame Spacer
As part of our proprietary luminaire, the frame spacer was scienti cally designed to enhance performance, creating just the right distance between the Edge-Lit panel and the Glare Control Di user.
Edge-Lit Panel
A 5/16” thick edge-lit polycarbonate panel creates excellent illumination high e ciency, uniformity and helps control the angles of light.
Di use Re ector
Ultra-high re ectivity increases luminaire e ciency. The di use  nish encloses an optical chamber creating high e cacy luminaires. With 98% total re ectivity the re ector provides up to 30% more light output!
The 65o comfort glare-cuto  is just what is needed for low ceiling installations to create a comfortable atmosphere.
