power rack and pinion unit
has a 2.62 ratio, is popu-
larly used on Lefthander,
chassis, is complete with cylinder and rod bracket installed. The direct-mount cylinder bolts to the rack housing with four symmet- rical cap screws, and the rack shaft and piston rod are securely locked together to ensure parallel movement. No swivels or spherical rod ends are used for a solid, rigid connection with instantaneous response to the hydraulic assist. Unit has a 5/8"- length. Optional lengths and rack eyes with 5/8", 1/2", or tapered holes are available on a special order basis.
