Romac high-performance harmonic balancers are made of an all-billet steel construction to suit a street or race engine application. Features a lightweight billet steel center hub, bonded elastomer, retained outer inertia ring with permanently engraved timing marks. A clear powder-coat finish for corrosion resistance. SFI Spec. 18.1 approved.
