Cooling
Direct-Fit Radiators
Aluminum direct-fit radiators
provide increased cooling over
original copper radiator. Designed
for performance vehicles, features
include machined billet aluminum
filler necks, fully welded construction, and two
rows of large 1" tubes properly spaced for maxi-
mum airflow and cooling on the street, even at
lower speeds. Built-in automatic transmission coolers. O.E. fan shrouds may require modification for installation.
Radiator Caps
Higher cooling system pressure raises the boiling point of coolant to reduce the risk of overheating. Standard size caps fit 2-1/8" O.D. x 3/4" deep necks unless otherwise noted. Recovery system caps allow coolant to exit the cooling system into an overflow or recovery bottle as coolant heats and expands. As the system cools, recovery system caps will draw coolant back in to keep the cooling system full. Non-recovery system caps allow coolant to exit the system, but do not draw coolant back into the system.

Universal Radiator Mount Kits
Kits mount universal-style radiators to factory radiator core supports. Alu- minum side supports fasten around tanks to cradle radiator
and brackets can be drilled
for a variety of mounting
options. Side supports
require notching to clear
GM and Ford lower outlet
fitting. Kits are available for radiators with tapered bottom tanks or square bottom tanks.
*Warning: High-pressure radiator caps are made for use on race vehicles only. Do not use these caps on passenger vehicle cars with stock-type radiators. It is recommended to pressure test the complete cooling system to the maximum level of pressure indicated on the cap. Failure to test cooling system to the proper pressure prior to installing the cap may result in damage to the cooling system and/or bodily injury.
Billet Aluminum Radiator Cap ALL30139
Polished billet aluminum cover is permanently pressed onto a 16 lb. recovery-style radiator cap for enhanced appearance within any engine com- partment. Cap is a suitable choice for most street driven vehicles.
Radiator Tank Heating Pad ALL76420
Fasten pad directly to the side of radiator tank to help add heat to your engine on cool nights. 2" x 15" high tem- perature silicone heating pad externally pre-heats coolant in the radiator and reduces overall warm-up time.
Note: Additional pads are located in the Engine section for oil pan and oil tank applications to add additional heat to the engine before start-up.

Upper Radiator Support Bracket ALL30120
Universal upper support bracket is pre- formed to fit over the top of most radiator cores (up to 2-1/2" thick) to keep radiator secured in saddle-style lower mounts.
Steel bracket is .085" thick and has a 3/16" hole for riveting or bolting in place.
Universal Mounting Kit ALL30085
Mounting kits are commonly used
to mount electric fans, oil cool-
ers, transmission coolers or
honeycomb screen directly to a
radiator. Kits include four 8" nylon
mounting bolts with washers, rubber
spacer blocks, and retaining nuts. Bolts are pressed through the fins of the radiator to mount accessory.
