Big block Chevy 496 cu. in. long block stroker en-
gine assembly delivers 600 dyno-proven horsepower. Remanufactured OEM block is assembled using a forged 4.250" stroke crankshaft, OEM connecting rods, hyper- eutectic 9.6:1 pistons, and mechanical roller camshaft with 242°/248° duration @ .050" and .566" valve lift. Aluminum 316cc intake runner cylinder heads include 2.30" intake/1.88" exhaust valves and 119cc combustion chambers. Assembly additionally includes valve covers, oil pan, and timing cover.
Notes: Engine does not have a provision for a mechanical fuel pump. Intake manifold, carburetor, fuel pump, distributor, spark plug wires, water pump, fly- wheel/flexplate and starter not included.

Comprised of a seasoned, four- forged 8.5:1 pistons, and a hydraulic roller camshaft with 224°/236° duration and .536"/.555" valve lift. Aluminum 195cc intake runner cylinder heads with 64cc combustion chambers and 2.02" intake/1.60" exhaust valves top off the assembly. Long block also includes valve covers, tim- ing cover, and oil pan.
Notes: Engine does have a provision for a mechanical fuel pump. Long block does not include harmonic balancer, intake manifold, carburetor, distributor, water pump, spark plug wires, flywheel/flexplate, and starter.

Block is topped with a set of aluminum 195cc intake run- ner cylinder heads with 64cc combustion chambers and 2.02" intake/1.60" exhaust valves. Long block includes valve covers, timing cover, and oil pan. Dressed engine includes the addition of an aluminum intake manifold, 750 CFM carburetor, and HEI distributor.

Engines are topped with aluminum cylinder heads with 60cc combustion chambers and 2.02" intake/1.60" exhaust valves. Long block includes valve covers, timing cover and oil pan. Dressed engine includes the addition of an aluminum intake manifold, distributor, and carburetor.
