Will not fit angle plug heads.
Fits 605 steering box with aftermarket engine mounts and rear transmission cross member.
Maximum ground clearance for cars lowered up to 4".
Due to production variations on motor mounts,
left mount may have to be ground to provide the proper 1/4" clearance between the motor mount and header collector. Must use Ford short starter for right side collector clearance.
Universal for most street rods.
Can be used with any oil filter system or transmission and starter combination.
Tucks very close to engine.
Will fit angle plug heads.
Check motor mount position before ordering.
Will not fit if engine is located more than 3/4" forward for HEI.
Tight tuck headers do not fit 1955-57 Chevys, Camaros or other modern vehicles which have a crossmember below the engine’s center two exhaust ports.
Fits standard deck big block only.
Will not fit with 168 tooth flywheels or kickout aftermarket starters.
Will fit most angle plug heads including factory Chevrolet “Bow-Tie” heads.
Original bellhousing frame mounts must be removed.
Header is designed to fit cars using original V8 Pitman arm part number 3719487,
not 6 cylinder Pitman arm number 3709877. Aftermarket Pitman arms must be same configuration as OE for proper fit.
