With that, I left her food and slipped quietly out the front door to drive to the condo. I spent the four hours comparing the details of my schematic to how it was unfolding in reality. So far, I was pretty much on target, though I hadn’t intended on cutting off any appendages at this point, there was always room for a contingency plan.
