Minutes and Moments
We measure life in sections in distinct and separate ways... adding minutes to make hours, adding hours, to make days.
Time is deliberately sliced with an undetectable knife
into pre-labeled servings that are pieces of our life.
Yet, time advances forward like a seed that has been planted, and each “hour” is a fragment
of this life we’ve been granted.
Each lifetime has a limit, thus, we should carefully measure the moments we will live...
the moments we will treasure.
For when you spend 60 minutes filled with anger or strife, you’re not wasting your time,
you’re wasting your life.
Time and life are synchronized as they follow the same path, and they both equal one,
no matter how you do the math.
Inhabit each passing instant -- consume everything they bring, because minutes and moments,
they are the same thing.
Mark your lifetime in memories; these are your souvenirs. Count the faces and the places, instead of weeks and years.
