We offer this station in thanksgiving to our Lord Jesus Christ for being our Simon of Cyrene, helping us to carry our cross whenever it is too heavy for us.
We pray for the grace to be Simon of Cyrene to others, offering a helping hand to the needy or overburdened. We make this prayer through Christ our Lord. Amen

Sixth Station:
Veronica wipes the face of Jesus
We adore you, O Christ and we praise you: Because by your Holy cross you have redeemed the world.
We offer this station in thanksgiving to God for all the Veronicas in our lives. We pray that God will give us the grace to see His face in the suffering, the poor, the marginalised, the oppressed, the orphan, the abandoned, the outcast and be able to wipe His face in them.
We pray that as a reward for this little act, He will imprint His face upon our soul as a mark for eternal redemption on the last day. We make this prayer through Christ our Lord. Amen
