Agents based on products they sold. Ace, King, Queen and Jack cards were instant winners. Joker cards meant that Agents and Supervisors won a special prize and Crown cards were collected at each center. The Agents with the highest number of Crown cards won a $500 cash reward at the end of the contest period. Banners and posters were created and distributed to each center to generate excitement.
