1. Contracts Workbench Header Section.

    ï‚· The Contracts Workbench Header Section displays all relevant details related to Contracts.

2. Summary of Amounts Section.

     ï‚· The Summary of Amounts section displays details related to Contracts and Grants. Grants amounts are visible only when a
          contract number is generated from a Grants contract type and the user has permission to view the Grants data in the
          Contracts Workbench. Expand the triangle next to the section to view the information.

3. Grants Data Sections.

          ï‚· The Grants Data Section Contain four sections: Award, Award Finding Periods, Award Milestones and Award
                Modifications.

4. Review the Awards - Details Tab.

     ï‚· The Awards Details TAB displays the basic award attributes like Description, Award Ref# Number, CFDA, Sponsor
          Information, Award Begin and End Dates and Department.

     ï‚· Link exists on the award number to navigate to the Award Profile pages to review the Award in detail.

5. Review the Award Funding Periods - Details Tab.

     ï‚· The Funding Period Details tab displays all the award periods along with their start & end dates and funded amounts.

     ï‚· Link exists on the award number to navigate to the Award Profile â€“ Funding Tab page to review the funding for each project
          for the award.

6. Review the Awards Milestones - Details Tab.

     ï‚· The Awards Milestones tab displays the basic award attributes like Milestone type, code and due date.

     ï‚· The Award Milestones tab is only available for contracts where progress report due dates has been entered for the Award.

     ï‚· Link exists on the award number to navigate to the Award Profile-Milestones Tab page to review actions needed for the
          award.

7. Review the Award Modifications - Details Tab.

      ï‚· The Awards Milestones tab displays the basic award attributes like Issue date, start/end dates and amounts.

      ï‚· Link exists on the award number to navigate to the Award Profile-Award Modifications Tab page to review modifications in
            details.

8. Contract Data Sections.

     ï‚· The Contract Data Section contains four sections: Contract Lines, Contract Prepaids, Contract Rates and Contract Limits.

     ï‚· The Contract Prepaid tab is only available for contracts where an advanced payment has been received or the award is billed
          on a set schedule or completed milestone.

9. Review the Contract Lines - Lines Details Tab.

     ï‚· The Lines Details tab displays all the contract lines along with the Price Type, Product, Start & End Dates and LOC
          information, if applicable.

     ï‚· Link exists on the contract line number to navigate to the Contract General Information â€“Lines page-General subtab to
          review the Contract Line in detail.

10.Review the Contract Prepaids - Prepaid Details Tab.
