     ï‚· The Contract Prepaids tab displays all the Prepaids lines along with the remaining amount on the prepaid bill plan ID.
     ï‚· Link exists on the prepaid add Sequence to navigate to the Prepaid Balances page to review the detail.

11. Review the Contract Rates - Rate Details Tab.

     ï‚· The Rate details tab displays all Contract Terms for the Contract.
     ï‚· Link exists on the contract line Number to navigate to the Contract Terms page to review the associated rate details and the

          associated projects for the contract.

12.Review the Contract Limit - Limit Details Tab.

     ï‚· The Limit Details tab displays the billing and revenue limits. The tab also shows the amount that has been processed against
          the limit.

     ï‚· The Funded Processed Amount is equal to the total of the Billable (BIL), Billed (BLD) and Deferred (DEF) transaction lines.
     ï‚· The Funded Excess Amount is equal to total actual expenses (PAY, ACT, GLE, EXP, SFA) less the total funds processed

          amount, which are the over-the-limit (OLT) transactions.
                     ï‚· Payroll (PAY)
                     ï‚· Accounts Payable (ACT)
                     ï‚· General Ledger (GLE)
                     ï‚· Travel and Expense (EXP)
                     ï‚· Sponsored F&A (SFA)

     ï‚· The link for contract line number will also navigate to the Contract Terms page to review the associated rate details and the
          associated projects for the contract.

13.Projects Data Sections.

     ï‚· The Projects Data Section contains three sections: Projects, Project Activities and Project Status.

14.Review the Project- Project Details Tab.

     ï‚· The Project Detail tab displays all the projects attached to the contract. The TAB also displays additional project details like
          start & end date, project type and description.

     ï‚· Link exists on the project to navigate to the Project General Information page to view the Project in detail.

15.Review the Project Activities - Activity Details Tab.

     ï‚· The Activity Details tab displays all the Project Activities attached to the contract. The tab also displays additional project
          activity details like start & end date, Activity Status and Description.

     ï‚· Link exists on the activity to navigate to the Project Activity page and view the project activity and an additional link to view
          the Project Activity Status page in detail.

16.Review the Project Status- Status Details Tab.

     ï‚· The Status Details tab displays all the Project Status lines related to all the projects.
     ï‚· Link exists on the project to navigate to the Project Status page and view all the Project Status lines in detail.
