With the bulbs built-in electronics this LuxOr replacement bulb sensing daylight automatically and turns on at dusk and turns off at dawn. No special wiring or switches are needed - just simply replace your bulb.
The USCG and other maritime testing agencies currently do not certify individual replacement LED bulbs by themselves or otherwise. At present only complete fixtures with bulbs are tested and certified against the COLREG requirements, while our LED bulbs are the brightest LED bulbs available, the operator of vessels assumes all liability whn using this product as a replacement for the original light source.
