Emmedue Contor Work Centre
The high speed movements of the X, Y and Z axes are performed with brushless motors and helicoidal racks to guarantee maximum precision. The movement is performed by a recirculating roller on linear guideways that are automatically lubricated.
The movement of the vertical Z axis is performed by a recirculating ballscrew. The translational motion of the beam is performed by a motor positioned between two pinions which scroll on a precision rack with helicoidal teeth.

The structure of the vertical carriage in the form of a cage, man- ufactured in electro welded steel which gives the machine maxi- mum stability and rigidity, minimizing the vibrations generated during processing.
Emmedue Discovery5-Plus Bridge Saw
The Discovery5-Plus is equipped with a suction cup device, designed to move cut pieces to speed up the production process while reducing processing time.
The head automatically rotates 370°, and tilts from 0° to 90°. The multi-touch 17˝ dis- play is easy to use, and allows the operator to perform orthogonal, sideways, elliptic, circular, tilted, straight, concave, and arched convex profiles. Two and three-dimen- sional solid excavations are possible, exploiting axis interpolation.
