• Below is a list of Third Level Universities/Colleges (HEIs or Higher Education Institutes) that are publicly funded It is very important to only apply to approved publicly funded HEIs if you want to apply for a State Student Grant, i.e. SUSI or Student Support Scheme (see page 16)
