5 part-time or full-time taught masters postgraduate scholarships
Who can apply for a Sanctuary Scholarship?
Any person who is a Protection Applicant (person seeking asylum) and not eligible for State support, e.g. Student Support Scheme.
Any person with Stamp 4 Permission to Remain, Subsidiary Protection, Family Reunification, or Refugee Status and not eligible for State support, e.g. SUSI grant.
Are you required to undertake an English Language exam?
You are not required to undertake an English exam as part of the scholarship process. You will, however, have to provide evidence of competence in the English language as part of the postgraduate application process.
What does the scholarship include?
Tuition Fees
Bursary (€3,000 per year for a full-time one-year programme or €1,500 per year for a part-time two-year programme)
Laptop
Any Other Relevant Information
Applicants must be resident in Ireland for at least one year.
