3.10 Proof of income documents:
   EMPLOYED
Employment Detail Summary from last year and payslips for this year. You can get this from Revenue Online.
SOCIAL WELFARE
Statement from Social Welfare for the last 12 months. You can get this from mywelfare.ie or your local intero office.
  SELF EMPLOYED
Last two years of tax returns (new business - a projected profit & loss account for the year signed off by an accountant)
PANDEMIC UNEMPLOYMENT PAYMENT & EMPLOYED
If still employed but on a Pandemic payment, please submit income for 12 months from before that payment began.
 PANDEMIC UNEMPLOYMENT PAYMENT & UNEMPLOYED
Please submit a 'Cessation Certificate' from your employment. This can be found on Revenue Online
 Once completed, you send your HAP application to your council and
 wait for it to be processed. As of June 2021, homeless HAP is taking
 approximately 10 working days. For regular Hap it depends on the
Council. Can take between 4 – 6 weeks, or more.
  3.11 Inter-county HAP transfer:
 If you are on a council housing list in one county, and want to move
 to another, generally if you are under the income threshold (please
 see Section 2.2) of the county where you want to move, there should
