Shipping
Most orders are mailed directly to your door at no shipping cost, in plain packaging to ensure your privacy. You may incur shipping costs when using these special services:
• C.O.D. (Collect on Delivery)
• Premium shipping (Next Day Air, Second Day Air and
Next Day Saturday)
• Orders shipped to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii

Edgepark Return Policy
Most new, unopened items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of shipment date. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Edgepark is not responsible for items lost during shipping; we recommend using a shipping method that provides delivery tracking and confirmation.
Before returning an item, please call an Edgepark Customer Care Specialist at 1-800-321-0591 to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. The RMA Number must be written on the outside of the returned package, and Edgepark must receive the item within 30 days of issuing the RMA Number.
Upon receiving the item, Edgepark will inspect it and issue a return or exchange if the item is in the original packaging and in saleable condition. An item is not in saleable condition if:
• The safety seal is broken
• It has expired or is within 180 days of expiring
• It is a food or nutritional item
• It is a bath safety item (including shower chairs, shower benches,
transfer benches, tub rails, walkers, scales, toilet seats)
• It is a special/custom order item (i.e. custom support belts,
custom pouches)
• Is a hygiene-related item (including stockings/hose, hernia belts,
OPTIONSTM undergarments)
Specialty devices are subject to the manufacturer’s return policy. Specialty items include but are not limited to the following: breast pumps, range of motion, lymphedema, airway clearance, light therapy, speech generating, bone growth, INR, erectile dysfunction, pleural drainage, insulin pump, continuous glucose monitor and
Omnipod® products.
Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used to purchase the item. Orders cancelled after an item has shipped are subject to these return policies.
Defective, Missing or Incorrect Items
Please inspect all contents of your order promptly to ensure they match the packing slip and meet your expectations. If you find any discrepancies, shortages or damaged items, please contact Edgepark within 48 hours (two days) to obtain an RMA Number and we will assist in correcting your order promptly.
