Polyurethane, absorptive foam with chlorhexidrine gluconate, a well-known antiseptic agent with antimicrobial and antifungal properties. Ideal for use with I.V. catheters, central venous lines, arterial catheters and PICC lines. Also used for orthopedic pins, epidural catheters and drain tubes. Highly absorbent, absorbs up to eight times its weight in uid. Inhibits growth of bacteria for up to seven days.
Four rubber wheels provide for a smooth transport and maneuverability. Chrome-plated steel with weighted base provides strength, durability and reduces risk of tipping. Easily converted to two-hook or four-hook with easy-to-release push-pin. Locking collar allows for easy height adjustment. 40˝ – 82˝ adjustable height.
