Sterile, multilayer construction includes a comfortable, soft, nonadhesive wound contact layer; a brous layer that turns into a gel as it interacts with, and absorbs, wound exudate; and an active carbon layer that works to reduce odor. Can be used as a primary or secondary dressing.
