1-1/2 tsp granulated garlic
1-1/2 tsp granulated onion
1-1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
In a small bowl, stir together, salt, pepper, garlic, onion, oregano and red pepper flakes. Store in an airtight jar for up to 6 months
Carrabba's Grill Baste
1 small yellow onion, finely chopped
4 chopped garlic cloves
2 Tbls unsalted butter, room temp
1 Tbls all purpose flour
1 Tbls Dijon mustard
1-1/2 Tbls granulated sugar
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 Tbls lemon juice
2 Tbls chopped flat leafed parsley
