GIRLS BASKETBALL SENIORS
LEFT TO RIGHT: Forrest Williams, Elizabeth Rose, Hope Morrow, Neely Grace Tye
Congratulations Seniors!
HOPE MORROW
Hope Morrow is a first-year member of our Latin varsity basketball program. Al- though her primary sport is soccer, Hope brings great energy and a gritty style
of play to our team. She
is a fearless competitor, whose mental and physical toughness serves as a great example for her teammates. Hope has developed her athletic skills through years of work as a soccer goal-
ie, and has committed to continue perfecting her craft as a member of the Coastal Carolina soccer team next year.
ELIZABETH ROSE
As a new student to Char- lotte Latin, Elizabeth made an immediate impact, starting on the varsity girls’ team as a freshman. She has grown and developed as a player and a person, dedicated to improving herself and her teammates. Elizabeth’s competitive drive and athleticism allow her to make momentum-changing plays. Another multi-sport athlete, Elizabeth, or EB as we call her, is also a force on the lacrosse field, and has committed to play lacrosse for Amherst College in Mas- sachusetts next year.
NEELY GRACE TYE
Neely Grace has been a 4-year starter for the varsity basketball team. She is pos- itive, competitive, coachable and tough on the court. Neely has been a great ex- ample to her peers of what it means to be a Charlotte Latin Hawk. She has put in countless hours working to improve her game and has brought younger players along with her, showing them how to be “above the line.” Neely serves as our senior representative on the Student Athlete Leadership Team and has left a lasting impression on our program.
FORREST WILLIAMS
Forrest has been a 3-year member of our Latin varsity basketball program. After taking a break her junior year, she returned to varsity action this season and has made
an instant impact. Forrest is easygoing, brings great ener- gy to practice, has a positive attitude and creates a vibe that helps build team chem- istry. Her athleticism and strength make a difference on the court, while her friend- liness and inclusive personal- ity are huge contributions off of it. She will be missed next year. Congratulations Forrest!
