So, taking these into account, I assumed that we cannot realistically expect a 100% efficiency when treating hair follicles.
I then looked at lower efficiencies and found the following:

Now this is very interesting...
Assuming an 80% efficiency in killing the follicles pushes the minimum number of treatments to 4.
