• Grey Oaks Real Estate is now the exclusive onsite luxury real estate brokerage for Grey Oaks Country Club, specializing in the properties
and lifestyles of our preeminent private country club.

• Grey Oaks Real Estate is an exciting new partnership between Grey Oaks Country club and William Raveis Real Estate that will enable our
Community to share in the significant revenue generated through the sales of homes within Grey Oaks as well as properties throughout
the William Raveis serviceable areas.

• Grey Oaks elected to partner with William Raveis based on a thorough vetting process involving the top brokerages in our area and a
stringent set of criteria that would ultimately offer our Club, Community and Membership the best overall services and value.

• Through our new partnership Grey Oaks will receive a licensing fee for every home that is either purchased or sold within Grey Oaks
through our onsite sales team.

• Our Team has a unique knowledge of Grey Oaks which will enable us to provide property owners and members the market insights,
club access and the resources needed to make well-informed decisions on selling or buying property.

and providing us an increased ability to provide oversight when visitors are on our campus.

• Along with world-class real estate services Grey Oaks Real Estate will offer both Mortgage and Insurance services that can add a
new level of value and savings opportunities to our membership that is right at your fingertips.

• Our Grey Oaks Real Estate sales center will be opening onsite June 2, 2019 and will be replacing the Premier Sotheby’s office in the
same location on the east side of the Wellness Center. The onsite office will be open 7 days a week giving our Grey Oaks Community
easy access to this leading resource.

• Although our onsite office is not yet ready, our Partnership between Grey Oaks Country Club and Grey Oaks Real Estate begins today!
