Jess is a Filipino architect with lots of experience
in integrated resort architecture and interiors. Having started her career producing detailed design drawings, Jess is incredibly quick at understanding the concept and master planning idea a development and translating that into easily understandable client presentations for both CEOs and Operations teams.
Jess plays a key role in collaborating with other consultants and PM teams, ensuring harmony between the interiors, architecture and the client expectations.

Owen dela Cruz
Owen is a licensed professional interior designer with more than a decade of experience primarily focusing on large-scale luxury integrated resorts and high-end residences. Owen has integral experience in the coordination of designs
with various stakeholders including operators, developers, and third party consultants, ensuring that the design is well executed.
Equipped with a strong FF&E background, Owen bears an exquisite sensitivity to materials and detailing, which are essential elements in developing tailored and sophisticated designs.

Senior FF&E Designer
Hady Wong
Hady Wong is an FF&E designer with 13 years experience and has practised in several leading award winning design firms. She obtained a degree in Fine Arts at University of Toronto, Canada which led to an established career as an FF&E designer. Her colour palette and design sense is contemporary by nature., and she has a good understanding of all styles and good product and material knowledge .
Having worked in Shanghai for 5 years, she is fluent in Mandarin and now in our Hong Kong office she is perfectly placed to review and quality check furniture and lighting manufacture on the mainland.
