Main and Helping Verbs
A verb phrase is a verb that includes two or more words. The most important verb in a verb phrase is the main verb.
The helping verb helps the main verb. Helping Verbs
Examples: Hassan has been absent for many weeks.
Ali's mother was pained at the thought of sending her young son away to
such a distance for the first time. Ali is preparing for the caravan.
