• A PRONOUN is a word that is used instead of a noun.
• When we use a pronoun in the subject it is called SUBJECT PRONOUN.

• An OBJECT PRONOUN is the one that is used as the object
of the sentence.

• A pronoun that indicates ownership or possession is a POSSESSIVE PRONOUN.
Some are used alone: mine, yours, his, hers, its, ours, theirs Others go before a noun: my, your, his, her, its, our, their
Read the following sentences and circle all the pronouns.
She never sat at tea.
She often wept at the thought of the days that were to come.
