• Verifies the capibilities, experience and
knowledge of the fiber optic contractor
• Pre-planning meetings with the full-time manager dedicated to the project
• Establish cable pulling safety plan with pulling locations and termination points
• Conducts pre-installation tail board discussion to the entire team, verifies all team personnel have copies of the work plan and relevant locations
• Daily documentation of installation and locations
• Manage tools and supplies
• Verifies testing data, providing documentation to the client.
