Recognized by quail and partridge enthusiasts as
one of the premier locations in the southeast, Brays Island provides everything you need for a memorable and productive hunt.
e plantation’s 3,500 acres of untouched woods, marshes and elds set
aside as nature preserves virtually guarantee your hunting enjoyment. e cut
grain elds o er exciting dove shoots while our extensive woods produce trophy
bucks. More than 1,200 acres of managed elds allow you to hunt quail with a friend
and your dog or with professional guides on foot or horseback or even by mule-drawn wagon. Brays Island owns up to 40 bird dogs, trained and ready to hunt at any time. Owners can also use our training elds for their own dogs, and there are private kennels for boarding.
Scott Miller, a hall-of-fame dog trainer, is available to owners on a year-round basis. Owners are
able to drop their dogs o at our kennels and have Scott work with them on an hourly basis. Whether teaching your pointer to be steady to wing and shot or your poodle basic obedience, Scott has
you covered!
