Gary Kantor’s Magic Class
Children are guaranteed to have a great time as they learn
a collection of fascinating and mesmerizing tricks frrom the “Magic Team of Gary Kantor!” Amaze family and friends with tricks that involve cards, ropes, coins, mind reading, and much more. While the tricks may appear difficult, you will discover that they are quick to learn and easy to perform. All materials are provided, and each child receives a magic kit to take home. Brand new tricks are taught at each session.

at Hart
The Kids at Hart program is committed to providing
children a safe and nurturing environment for learning
as well as recreational activities. The Joliet Park District
will structure the program to follow the ISBE, District 86,
and Laraway District 70C learning requirements. The staff
is sensitive and flexible in order to meet the needs of both children and parents. This program will also follow the District 86 and District 70C public school calendars. Days off school program (Tons of Fun) is available for an extra fee.
The Joliet Park District’s refund policy will be strictly enforced and there will be no proration of fees for days not in attendance. Monthly EFT payments, payment plans, and Child Care Resource and Referral are accepted.
PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
• Grades K-8.
• Full remote, hybrid, and before and after care options available. • Breakfast, lunch, snack, and cold supper served daily.
• This is a cooperative program between the Joliet Park District,
Joliet Public Schools District 86, and Laraway District 70C.
• Held at the Joliet Park District’s newest facility, Nowell Park
Recreation Center.
• E-learning assistance in accordance to District 86 and District
70C timing and guidelines.
• Group and individual activities which include arts & crafts,
outdoor activities, sports, and games - all designed to enrich,
entertain, and educate.
• Extended program hours.
• Affordable equal monthly installment payments with payment
plan options will be available.
• Child Care Resource and Referral accepted.

Looking for something to do when school is out? Join us for a day of fun playing games, making arts and crafts, and more! Please bring your lunch and snack. Gym shoes are required.

Does your child miss the September 1st preschool age requirement but seem ready for preschool? This class is designed with your bright child in mind. Gym and music time are included. Class introduces individual and group learning. Socialization with an emphasis on vocabulary will be encouraged. Child does not need to be potty trained.

Kindergarten Fundamentals
The Joliet Park District is pleased to offer an educational and recreational-based Kindergarten program to enhance your child’s school experience. Your child will be exposed to math, science, social studies, reading and art. This program follows the Illinois Early Childhood Standards and Benchmarks.

Weeping Willows
Your child will be nurtured as he/she learns to cope with separation and is introduced to group interaction. Hands-on activities will allow him/her to learn while exploring. Gross motor skills will be developed through indoor and outdoor activities. Children must be age 2 by the beginning of class. Children do NOT need to be potty trained. Registration limited.
