Learn the fundamentals of basketball through this instructional program. Parents are required to participate with their children.
Baseball/Softball
2020 T-Ball Instructional League
This is a 10-week instructional league which teaches the fundamentals required to develop solid baseball/softball skills. Players will practice skills and play games. The first two weeks are instructional; the following weeks are games. Players will receive a Joliet Park District t-ball t-shirt, a ticket to the Joliet Slammers Joliet Park District T-Ball Night, and a trophy at the end of the season. Bring your own glove. Youth Co-Ed Summer Basketball Camp
This camp will focus on teaching fundamentals and enhancing players’ understanding of the game. Players will develop their shooting form, ball handling, passing, dribbling, and foot work. There will be a mixture of competitive drills as well as fun and challenging games that will teach skills to each player.

Little Sparks
Little Sparks is the Chicago Fire’s introduction to soccer program where children and parents can take their first steps in soccer together! Specifically designed for children ages
2 – 5 years and using the fun of play and imaginative stories, Little Sparks facilitates a child’s physical, mental, social and emotional development! Little Sparks uses three key principles (experiential play, creative learning, holistic activity) to build an environment for children to learn and explore different outcomes associated with soccer and self-development.
