Registration-Based Lap Swim
Registration-based lap swim will continue for the time being. There will be multiple 45-minute sessions available daily. The majority of these sessions will allow for one swimmer per lane. Registration for the week will open on the Friday prior to the next week.
No fee for Inwood Athletic club members, $6 for non-members.
Blue Tides Masters
The Joliet Blue Tides Masters Swim Team is
a year round program for adults ages 18 and older of all swim levels; fitness, competitive and triathletes. All practices are led by a USMS certified coach and provide a variety of speed, conditioning and training in all 4 competitive strokes. We ask that swimmers are comfortable in deep water and are able to swim at least 2 lengths with their face in the water.
Currently, we are practicing Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:00 – 6:45am and Saturday from 8:00 – 8:45am. You can pay $5 per swim or $40 for a 30-day membership to attend any of the offered masters practices. Email bluetides@jolietpark.org for more information.
Blue Tides Swim Team
The Joliet Blue Tides Swim Team is a USA Swimming competitive team for swimmers ages 6 – 18. Generally, we have 2 seasons during the year, a fall/winter team that runs September – February, and a spring/summer team that runs April – July. Swimmers practice 3 – 6 times per week depending on age and ability. Fees vary depending on the group. Swim meets are offered throughout the year and swimmers are encouraged to attend at least 2 meets per season. Swim meet fees are set by the host team and billed accordingly.
