Level 4 Tumbling – Junior Flip Squad
Pre-Competitive Team
Tumblers will continue to progress their tumbling skills and will be introduced to executing those skills on the competition matting surface. To be on the Junior Flip Squad the child must have successfully completed Level 3 tumbling. A leotard must be worn to practice, hair up, jewelry off.

Level 2 & 3 Gymnastics
Children will learn new skills such as bridge kickovers, back hip circles on the bar, and jumps on the beam and will continue to develop the run for vault. They will be evaluated at the end of each session and advised when to move up to the next level. No class: 10/31, 11/25, 11/28

Gymnastics Optional Team
Gymnasts will learn competitive routines. Completion of Kipper Training Program, purchase of team leotard, warm-ups, and grips are required. Leotard must be worn to practice, hair up, jewelry off.

Competitive Tumbling Team
All team tumblers develop competitive passes while reviewing fundamentals and progressing to more advanced skills. Completion of our Pre-Team program and purchase of a team leotard and warm-up are required. Children must wear a leotard with hair up and jewelry off. Two equal payments will be due – one at registration and one December 4 .

Boys Warrior Gymnastics
Boys gymnastics mixed with obstacle course fun! Parallel bars, pommel horse, vault, single bar, tumbling, and trampoline are all covered in this class just for the guys ages 6 – 12! Time will also be dedicated to developing strength through conditioning and increasing flexibility.

Participants learn basic skills on floor, bars, beam, and vault and build strength and increase flexibility to improve skills and move to the next level. They will be evaluated at the end of each session and advised when to move up to the next level. No class: 10/31, 11/25, 11/28
