 Restorative Yoga
Be still, unwind and release tension in our series of 11⁄2 hour Restorative Yoga workshops this fall. Workshops will focus on Restorative Yoga practices for self care, including immunity building, stress relieving and overall rejuvenation. Nutrition and Immunity
Learn how making better nutrition choices can boost immunity and increase overall health. This class will be presented by Gloria Dollinger, RD, LDN, a registered dietician and Health and Lifestyle Coach with a certification in Eating Psychology and 30 years of experience in the health and wellness field. Nutrition and Immunity is FREE.

RELEASE tension and sore muscles through flexibility and mobility exercises.
All fitness levels are welcome. Classes will be held in Studio 2X and will be 1 hour in length.
