Blue Tides AGE GROUP Swim Team
The Blue Tides Age Group Swim Team is for future competitive swimmers ages 6 – 18. This program has a strong stroke development focus, with plenty of opportunities to compete as a team. Whether your child is new to competitive swimming, has outgrown swimming lessons, or wants to make the 2028 Olympics, we have the program for you!

Blue Tides Masters Swim Team
The Blue Tides Masters Swim Team is a swim team for those
18 and older of all swim levels; fitness, competitive, and triathletes. It’s a great way to get in shape and achieve your swimming goals with the camaraderie of a team as well as coached practices for motivation. Parents, this program allows participants to explore and become comfortable in the water with you right by their side. Our instructors will guide you and your child through different water activities and songs that promote water safety knowledge, aquatics adjustment, and swimming-readiness skills. All participants 2 years and younger or regularly diapered must wear a facility-approved swim pant (available for sale at the Inwood Athletic Club).

Lifeguarding
Jr. Lifeguard Camp
This is your chance to experience the responsibilities and duties of being a lifeguard. Camp participants will receive a t-shirt and whistle and will also have the chance to work alongside Splash Station Waterpark lifeguards to build a foundation of the knowledge, skills, and attitude needed to be a great lifeguard. Participants should bring a swim suit, towel, and bag lunch each day. Jr. Guards will be invited to participate in the Lifeguard Olympics on August 4 at Splash Station Waterpark.
