Hartman Center Back to School Festival NEW
The Hartman Center Back to School Festival began in 2012 and has provided free school supplies and backpacks to school-aged children from low-income families. In only four years, the attendance has grown from 1,300 to over 3,500. Lunch and age-appro- priate activities are also included at no charge.
