“Hello. Hello. My name is Keeto. I’m a pretty bird. I can talk. I can talk. I’m a talking bird.” Aimi looked at Peacock but Peacock was not talking. Aimi looked to her right and did not see any talking birds. Aimi looked to her left and did not see any talking birds.
“Grami, I heard a bird talking. I’m looking for a talking bird,” said Aimi.
“I heard one, too,” said Grami. “Keep looking.”
Aimi looked in front of her and did not see any talking birds. Aimi looked behind her and did not see any talking birds. But when Aimi looked up she saw a big green bird sitting on a branch.
“Hello. Hello. My name is Keeto,” said the big green bird. “I can talk. I can talk. I’m a talking bird.”
Grami!” cried Aimi. “Listen! Keeto,
the big green bird is talking.” Grami
smiled at Aimi who was watching the big green bird.
“Hello, Keeto,” said Aimi. “You are a smart bird!
You can talk!”
