Level 5 Finish on All Wall
All walls are skim coated and given a Level 5 finish to ensure smoothness and consistency. A Level 5 finished helps make our houses level, square, and straight. This is particularly beneficial and necessary for the proper installation of doors and base woodwork. With the extensive finish sanding and patching of the wall, paint and patching of the wall, paint and surface imperfections are nonexistent. It also adds an extra layer of insulation, helping to reduce noise.

Book Matched Marble & Veneers
We take pride in our work and express that through the quality and precision of our finishes. Materials like marble and veneers can be book matched to the vein in the marble or the grain in the hardwood veneer. These precise details give each of our homes a more customized and luxurious look and feel.

Recessed Areas for Curtains
Curtain pockets are the recessed area by the windows that hide the curtain rails. Our curtain pockets are prewired for motors to automate the opening and closing of the curtains. This creates a cleaner architectural aesthetic and blends in seamlessly with the rest of the room.
